All right, people listen up. This is Sean T, and I know a lot of you are doing my EXCITING and EFFECTIVE workout program INSANNNNITY to build a better body in only 64 days. In fact, improv is how I got so good at running my personal training sessions and what made me good enough to get the financial backing to release the INSANNNNNNITY program that's helped thousands of you to gain fitter and healthier muscles in only 64 days.
I use improv all the time. For example, I don't actually know the names of any of the trainers in my workout videos. Every time I talk to one of them, I just pick a name and that's what I call them. That's improv, y'all.

Come to Philly Improv Incubator, this Sunday 7-10pm, and I will show you by example. You will see me transform from a muscular 5'11" quarterback, into a dweebish, pasty, out-of-shape couch potato, showing you how to create an improv character of your own AND MAINTAIN THAT CHARACTER throughout a whole improv show.
