Founder and President/CEO of a regional nonprofit 501C(3) Social Enterprise. A visionary and executive leader responsible for designing and developing programs and services that help transform the lives of persons who desiring a better quality of life. Primary responsibilities include fund development and fundraising, grant writing, program planning and management, team building and establishing collaborative relationships. Also, the publisher of a new magazine titled: "Workforce Delaware" workforcedelaware.org. scheduled for release of the first edition January 2014. I am also an ordained Pastor in the African Methodist Episcopal Church. Currently serving an historic church in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania.
