Introduction

Hi all you fun people. I've been in the service industry in Philadelphia for 20 years and now I finally have some time to socialize. Woohoo!! I'm looking forward to meeting & making new friends who appreciate great food from the simple to the exotic.

What is the most exotic thing you have eaten?

Now that everything is so available almost nothing seems that exotic anymore. If I had to pick one it would be Geoduck and was not enamored.

Is there any food you refuse to eat?

Not a big fan of offal.

If you are unhappy with your meal, are you more likely to suck it up and eat it, send it back to the kitchen and order something else, leave the plate in front of you untouched and start thinking about dessert?

There is a polite way to send things back and I have done so on a few occasions.

What is your favorite local restaurant and why?

Sang Kee in Chinatown. Fresh, fast and hot with plenty of great vegetables to balance out all of the other indulgences.
