Little Nonna's, an uber-charming casual Italian-American eatery.

It's too early to be listed as one of Philly's best... but I'm eager to add my opinion as to whether it will make next year's list.  Little Nonna's debuted less than three weeks ago and I have four golden tickets for next Tuesday.

Very few have had the opportunity to comment on Little Nonna's but Zagat had a few thoughts...

"Set on Locust Street in the ground floor of the Independent Hotel, the petite dining room is the couple’s (Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran) seventh business and fourth restaurant in Midtown Village, joining BarbuzzoJamonera and (currently under renovations) Lolita.  As has been the case with all of Turney and Safran’s ventures, Little Nonna’s has an identity all its own."

Hi Tina, I know it's difficult with your schedule. This was the only time I could get a reservation for. Hopefully we will see you soon!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
