    Hi Guys,
    Great meetup and special thanks to Amy, Kirk and Matt for organizing it. I think for me the key takeaways are the following
    a. Before you setup a community portal, map out the experiences which you want with your customers and have people and process assigned for listening, respond to feedback on your portals.
    b. For CTI integrations, create reports with advanced phone log data which would provide insights on nature of calls and optimize your call times.
    c. Drupal can be an alternate for customer portal but the integration part has to be built and involve one time setup charge.
    d. For any integration charge, when you do budgetting, factor support costs, training for users and data quality issues fixes which is always ignored.
    I will follow up with a detailed blog on my key learning.

    Wow, great job on this today by everyone involved. I found the Salesforce1 Custom Charting Session and the Data Integration sessions extremely helpful and already have some best practices I can use going forward.

    Nice to meet some old friends and new ones as well, hope we can have these types of days more in the future.
