Good one. I don't have a good answer...
Radicchio in old city (although I've had a couple of good meals at Meritage)
I'll try anything. It's more about creative combinations and flavors I wouldn't expect to work well, rather than types cuisine (although I have to admit-I am not intrigued by molecular gastronomy).
Italian, southern, french...new american
I am looking forward to adventures in eating great food!
