What is your favorite restaurant in the city?

What cuisines have you not tried but would really like to?

My experience with entomophagy and certain varieties of offal has been limited. Recently I've been exploring the different varieties of authentic Chinese cuisines. I'd like to expand my experience with molecular cuisine, "unusual" meats in authentic Mexican/Latin American cuisines, and the new Scandinavian cuisine, Also, I've been meaning to try Tashan and Sbraga. I'd also like to explore Korean cuisine more.

What are your favorite types of cuisines?

At this point, anything both interesting and delicious. As far as "comfort food" goes, I greatly enjoy high-quality sashimi, creative and/or haute French, South Asian, Southeast Asian, authentic regional Italian cuisines, authentic Greek seafood, authentic Spanish, ceviche, mole, Taiwanese, Cantonese, and Sichuan cuisines.


I'm extremely adventurous. I've eaten at many of the best restaurants in London, Paris, Providence, Boston, and Philadelphia, as well as in my travels around the world.
