What do you consider to be Philly's best-kept dining secret?

It's probably not a secret, but I absolutely love the Moshulu. Landlubbers won't like it, neither will scallywags, but I've got sea legs and I love it!

What is your favorite restaurant in the city?

I'll stick with Moshulu. I probably should mention that I don't eat meat, but I love seafood and veggies (preferably raw).

What cuisines have you not tried but would really like to?

Ethiopean. I've tried all of the rest.

What are your favorite types of cuisines?

Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Moroccan, and anything that's not French (hey, don't get saucy with me Bearnaise!).

Introduction

I join everything under the sun so I know what's going on in the area. I'm also the organizer for BOOZE CLUB and I like to cross post events with other groups when it makes sense.
