Tao Yin Yoga integrates chi-gong and postures developed through the Tao Yin system of movement. Emphasis is on cretinb space between the joints, wringing out the organs and stimulating circulation through the central nervous system to create a sense of internal mindlessness and physical emptiness. Postures are done primarily on the floor to enable the body to open into the posture like a flower opening into a bloom. I have taught ages from 3 to 87. This is truly a style appropriate for all.
