Bootcamp in the desert!
Outdoor fitness training utilizing Kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls and your own bodyweight!
Anybody bored of gym-related workouts will love this group.

Drop unwanted bodyfat with metabolic Kettlebell sets.
Sculpt a solid set of abs with my Core Anchor program.
Increase performance with plyometrics and speed/agility drills.

This is not your run-of-the-mill bootcamp class. Years of performance training and teaching have given me the tools to get you in the best shape of your life. You will be performing natural full body movements as human nature intended, no machine-assisted isolation training. The world is not stable, the challenges and resistance you meet in everyday life comes from all directions. So will the challenges in this group based workout program.
