This is not your run-of-the-mill bootcamp class. Years of performance training and teaching have given me the tools to get you in the best shape of your life. You will be performing natural full body movements as human nature intended, no machine-assisted isolation training. The world is not stable, the challenges and resistance you meet in everyday life comes from all directions. So will the challenges in this group based workout program.
