This is an out-and-back on the canal, so your mileage is entirely up to you.
If you're new to the group (or new to these particular runs), please be advised that we try to start right at the above time in order to beat the heat. If you need to stretch before you run, then you may want to arrive with ample time to do so before the start of the run.
Be sure to carry water!
If you are training for the Women's Half Marathon, this is your week #2 long run.
Walk = 4 miles, Novice = 4 miles, Intermediate = 6 miles, Advanced = 90 minutes
