Hmmm. Depends on if I'm in training. I would like to run between 10-15 miles a week.
Lots of half marathons, 1 full, training for more!
Back in 2010, Kim formed this group for support to first time and veteran marathon (and half) runners!
Today we meetup for weekly long runs, a mid-week run, speedwork sessions and sometimes to eat and drink all of our injuries away. You don't have to be training for anything, you just have to run.
All abilities welcome....even first timers! We're a friendly pack and we really love to see other runner's make their goals. A great supportive group for all runners!
