Meditation is most natural of all the experiences and is meant to relax us from within so there should be no anxiety about it.
Led by experienced practitioners of Sahaja Meditation, these classes will be tailored to the needs of the attendees.
Classes begin with a brief introduction. This is followed by 30-40 minutes of instruction and practice. Typically, classes run for about an hour.

More relaxed. More comfortable with yourself. A profound sense of calm. Many people even experience the state of Thoughtless Awareness the very first time they try Sahaja Meditation.
With practice, you will grow in your meditation, giving you greater self awareness, better balance and a strong sense of well being.
