One hour of sitting and walking meditation 10-11am, followed by a tea break and book discussion or video program.

The 4th Sunday of the month is Nyinthun practice. Three hour sitting meditation with walking meditation mixed in. Everyone is invited to attend all or part. There will be meditiation instructors, please schedule ahead for one on one instruction.
