Bikram (Hot) Yoga...West Side

For those who would like to try something new, and have no problem sweating profusely and looking like you just stepped out of an oven for a glamorous meet-up, then hot yoga is for you! Haha.... I do this weekly, and swear by it. 90 minutes of basic yoga in a heated room instructed by some of the funniest and greatest yoga instructors on the west side. The establishment is colorful and inviting, and the people are really into this, both super-cut guys and ladies- it's not just a girly sport y'al! You will feel like a sponge that has been squeezed of all it's contents when it's over. This really is great for all health concerns.

You may feel queezy if you are not used to this kind of exercise, it is recommended to stay in the room but just cut out of some of the positions. Wear work-out clothes that dry quickly, and bring a yoga mat, towel, and water. Refreshments and health shakes are available to try afterwards as well. $19 for a single class, unless you are a first responder, teacher, full time student under 24, or government employee- then it's $11. Meet there at 2pm (sign a waiver), the class starts at 2:30.

I will bring an extra yoga mat and a few towels in case anyone forgets. They have stuff for rent or purchase there also. Remember this is a hot hour and a half, bring water and an open mind.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
