Organizing a Sushi Meetup is as Easy as 1-2-3 - You Can Do It!

Sushi Lovers,

I have asked for assistant organizers to help organize the meetups but have yet to get any assistance. Due to child care constraints, I am very limited in the days of the week and the areas of town where I can attend meet ups. We have members spread out all across the Valley with different times of availability, so to keep this an active, vibrant meetup group, I am again asking members to step up and help arrange the meet ups. You do not have to become an assistant organizer; I can make you an event organizer for a single meetup. If a handful of members arrange just one sushi meetup per year that would be most helpful in keeping this group active.

Here are the easy instructions:

1) Pick a date, time and restaurant to go for sushi

2) Call the restaurant and find out the maximum number of people that can be seated on that date and time

3) Schedule the meetup on our site, or message/email me the details (date/time/location/maximum RSVPs) and I will schedule it.

That's it. Very easy. Of course, you should actually show up for the meetup you arrange, and it is good practice the call the restaurant the day before or day of to confirm the final count.

I am hoping to see more meet ups scheduled by various members of the group, at different restaurant locations throughout the valley, and at different times/days of the week. If I am able to attend I will join in as well.
