We are a group of self-taught photographers who like to meet up, walk in and photograph the Derbyshire Peak District. Our aim is to meetup at least once a month in different locations which offer a variety of photographic opportunities. There will be occasions when we head further afield to places like the Yorkshire Dales or the coast and National trust gardens. We do seasonal events such as Snowdrop, Bluebell and Moorland in bloom walks. Everyone is welcome to come along whether you are new to photography or have many years of experience. We can encourage, learn from and share our skills with each other, maybe you have many years of experience and can help inspire others. You do need to have a reasonable level of fitness and to dress appropriately for a day in the Peak District. We don’t have any rules as such but we do ask if you RSVP YES to a meetup that you arrive on time for the start. If you change your mind about attending, you change your RSVP TO NO. So if your camera doesn’t get out much and you would like to spend time with other photographers put on your boots and see what the great outdoors looks like through your camera lens.
