Teaching Tour: Zoo Animals

During this 2 hour tour, we will visit and photograph the animals at The Wild Park in Chittenango, NY (http://thewildpark.com/). Focus of the tour will include composition, lighting, and working with animal enclosures.

There is free parking at the park.

Suggested Items to Bring:

• Prime medium telephoto (for super crisp detail)
• Telephoto lens (for getting the details)
• Tripod (for low light shots)

What to Expect:
Each student is free to photograph whatever subject matter they'd like, being respectful of the park and animals. Phil will provide some basic tips to the group and hands on instruction to each student as requested.

Fees and Payment:
The park admission is paid by each student. The Teaching Tour fee is $40 per student, cash (preferred) or checks accepted. Each student will also receive a small free gift!

Great place. Participants were fun, helpful and there were lots of photo ops with the animals, especially the newborn fawn! I had some good pictures and others....well, I know what I can do to improve them next time!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
