Saturaday June 23, 2012, we are having our First Photo Shoot Event!!
We will have 4 models on the lineup and this event will be limited to 18 photographers(Max). That means that each model station will have 4-6 people at one time. That gives you plenty of space to get comfortable and shoot the models from all types of great angles.

Price:$80 ($30 deposit + $50 on site)

The price of this event is $100 $80.
This is because it is our first event and I want give everyone an incentive to try it out.
To RSVP all photographers are needed to pay $30 RSVP Deposit. I set up Meetup.com to take payment of $30. $50 is due when you arrive at the photo shoot.
This is to keep a lower number of people not showing up for the model shoot after they have signed up for it. If you have a problem, feel free to email me and I will do my best to solve it.

I am still contacting models to see if any more are interested in coming. But at least we have 5 confirmed models which is great for the size of this event. Everyone will have an awesome time.
I managed to get a great makeup artist for this shoot. Shani Cambell! Here are some of her works from previous shoots:
The location of this shoot is set for at Midtown Manhattan(you can see the exact address after you RSVP). The studio is beautiful. It has a lot of natural sunlight and we will have both natural light shots as well as studio light shots.
The studio is at least 1000 sq ft. It has large windows that allow for natural sunlight. This will allow for us to practice natural lighting as well as studio lighting. There will be prop furniture as well as some backdrops/seamless paper set up at the model stations. Lighting will be set up by us, but if photographers want a certain way for the shot, please notify myself or one of the assistants on site to move lights.
The event will be on June 23 and will last 4 hours. Expect about 10-15 mins of preparing in the beginning and a 30 min break for the models in the middle and about 10-15 min of wrapping up at the end. So total shoot time should be around 3 hours. The start time of this event will start at 9am and last until 1 pm. For those of you that come late, please try to get there before 9:30 since that would be when the shoot starts.
Will there be nudity at this photo shoot?
This is a glamour photoshoot. All models will be clothed. There will be other events in the future that may have a theme such as lingerie or even artistic/implied nude models.
How does this work?
In the studio space, I will have 3 model stations. Each model station will have lighting and background set up. I will have 4 models. This allows for one model to change and alternate without leaving the model stations empty. The photographers are free to move about each station as they please. With the different wardrobe changes, each photographer should have tons of different images after the photo shoot.
Can I bring Model Release forms?
Please don't bring your own model release forms. No one has time to read through them at the photo shoot. We will have our models sign a model release and everyone will get a copy of that emailed to them two days after the photo shoot.
What to bring to the photo shoot?
Bring your cameras, batteries, plenty of memory cards, and your love for photography.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
We will issue a full 100% if we cancel the event or if you decide to cancel the event 7 days BEFORE the photo shoot.

What if I have a problem with payment online?
I need at least some deposit from you online. You can either click the button above which is made by paypal which makes it secure and safe. If not, email me and I have an amazon payment method as well that you can try.
Why do I need to pay a deposit to RSVP?
The deposit is to guarantee that I will have all photographer who RSVP will be attending the event. As I have a max of 18 people, if no deposit was required, then many people would just sign up and not show up. Models, studios, and equipment cost a lot of money. Deposit is just safe for us to make sure everyone is happy.
I can't get to the site location. Is there any way something could be arranged?
I try to make the site location available to everyone. But if you do have a problem with getting to it, please let me know. I can arrange for someone that is already coming to pick you up. Please let me know ahead of time(at least a week in advance).
What can I do with the Images after the shoot?
All the images can be used on your portfolio and for you to share. It cannot be used in anyway in commercial or retail. Images cannot be sold.
