Who would have thought it, a secret garden above London! Great shot.

Where is the top of the London Eye!? You know what I always say John. If there is something missing, you need to have a really good explanation for it. If you can tell me the psychological reason for clipping the top then I will be happy that you didn't just not notice it! :) I think the girl is just a little too far away for this to really work. I do like the location and it does feel right for the slow idea. But compositionally it looks a little rushed. If you had taken a step to the left, Big Ben would have been framed nicely by that tree instead of obscured by it. That would have allowed you to crop tighter in on the girl and would still give you a section of the Eye (and make it a deliberate crop) and you would still have the clock in the image. You can cheat this now I think by cropping might closer to the girl and then moving big ben, with the tree, up tighter to Parliament. So cutting it on the line of the bridge railings and closing the gap. I dont think, if you do it nicely, anyone would notice. But, of course, stepping to the right would have saved a bit more time.... :)

Hi Pete. I traded off the top of the London Eye to get that little bit of green grass into the bottom left hand corner of the shot to reinforce the green theme. You are right though if I went further back and to the side I would have got an unobstructed Big Ben, the whole of the Eye and my bit of green. thanks for the feedback.
