Looking for private instruction on Nik's Silver Efex Pro

I'm looking for someone who can give me private instruction in Silver Efex Pro - or, if you know of a better B&W conversion program.. I have used Silver Efex for some time but am not getting the good results that I'm after and am looking for someone who has good experience in doing B&W and can teach me how to get good, full range conversions.. I will also be looking for some similar guidance in masking.. I have started using Mask Pro 4 (OnOne Software) but would like someone to help me get through the process more rapidly and expertly than by my spending a lot of time slogging through the User' s Manual..
I would like to see your B&W work, so please send me a link to your website and tell me something of your experience..
Thanks very much,
Ralph Singer
