A successful workflow using Lightroom and Photoshop is a goal which I seek. In his Post-Processing class, Ian showed us through the use of portait images, his treatment that could be applied universally to other styles. It was very helpful to learn about global and local adjustments that will take one's images to a more professional level. Ian ended the evening with a generous question and answer session. All came away enlightened and enthused.
