Join the Photography Workshops' Fall Photo-School
Starting on Friday September 20, Photography Workshops will be offering a 6 session photo-school for just eight photographers looking to improve their skills and learn new techniques.
The school will offer six sessions (three evenings and three full day location classes) that will cover a wide range of photography from abstract, macro, and stunning landscapes to creative portraiture. You will learn to direct a viewer's eye around your image, and master advanced compositional techniques. Instruction will be given on mastering the finer points of depth of field, metering modes and creative exposure plus you will get plenty of hands-on experience shooting during our indoor and outdoor sessions.
If you have never experienced an intense series of workshop in a very small group setting you have really missed out. Don't let this chance slip by. This series has run several times in the past three years and because there are only eight spaces available it has always filled within days,

See what others have said about Ian's workshops:
I just had a class with Ian at my usual group night. He kindly led a portrait workshop for us. I was blown away by this guys knowledge and teaching skill. I have spent thousands of dollars to hear and see the 'best in the business' but I found Ian to be by far the best I have ever seen. His patience, humor, and willingness to give up his knowledge is unique and extremely refreshing. I wish I had discovered him years ago. He taught us more in two hours than I have gained in days from other teachers and he made it all so easy. I will definitely be spending more time at Ian's classes and I would recommend him to anyone who is serious about learning photographic skills. Ian is certainly the best photography teacher in New England and I susoect he ranks in the top five in the USA. He should be charging ten times what he currently charges - and if he did it would still be great value! I urge you to join this group and attend his workshops. ”

“ This was a great workshop! Ian was a great teacher. He explained everything in a clear, concise manner. He displayed great patience and good humor! I would highly recommend this workshop to any beginner interested in learning their camera and how to improve their photos! ”

“ I appreciate the workshops Ian offers because it's focused on imparting wisdom vs. centered around talking at us or bragging. I've been to some workshops where I didn't learn a thing other than how large the ego of the facilitator was so I appreciate that I leave these workshops better educated than when I went in. ”
