Understanding the Histogram

One of the Camera's most informative tools is the histogram, but do you know how to use it?

The wealth of information contained in the histogram provides a wonderful tool for improving your photographs if only you can read and understand it.

Well fear not, here is your chance to get to grips with this amazing tool and learn how to employ it effectively in your image making. Learn how to recognize flat looking images, how to know that your shot is over or under exposed, and you will even learn how  'expose to the right' and why we do it.

A short but jargon free informative workshop taught in Ian's relaxed, patient and inimitable style.  Suitable for all levels. Just $30 and limited to six attendees.

We are always learning at Ian's sessions - this was a good class, focused on the camera's histogram capabilities, but lots of other related content provided too. Ian is very generous with his knowledge and his time. Looking forward to more.

this was a great class... Ian is a patient instructor, especially when you have students like me that tend to ask questions, maybe more than once. Thanks again Ian great workshop.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
