Camera settings and facial expressions are all useful things to know when making portraits but unless you know how to pose your subject the resulting photograph can look totally wrong.
While I have taught introductory classes on posing this is the first time I have offered an in-depth intensive series on posing that presents in a systematic approach the accumulated skill and knowledge of over forty years of experience.
It goes way beyond anything you learned in the introductory class.
The workshop takes place over three Tuesday evening sessions:
Aug 5 - individual poses - the spine and the feet which are the key to good poses
Aug 12 - hands, arms, shoulders and heads - the fine tuning
Aug 19 - couples and groups - putting it all together
The cost is $125 for the three sessions and class size is limited.
(You must sign up for the series - attending individual classes is not an option as the series presents a unique posing system where knowledge of the previous class will be necessary for the understanding of the subsequent classes).
