There is always a game every Saturday even if you see only 1 RSVP on the list. There are "regular offline players" who are not part of this online meetup group. For any given Saturday, we can add about 4 to 10 "offline regular players" to the RSVP list.

A $1 donation to the group would be appreciated at the pickup location. This is not a mandatory fee. The collected money will be used primarily towards maintaining this site and new balls when necessary. Once again, this is not mandatory, but it would be appreciated if you remember.

History of Our Glorious Match

The "main event" at Playa del Rey has been going on for more than 20 years, from one generation to the next, way before this meetup website was created.  It is always on Saturdays about 2 hours before sunset. Hence, in winter, the game starts around 2-3 p.m.; in summer, around 5-6 p.m.

Besides the main event, sometimes we organize non-routine, special pickup games at different locations.  For these special games, members will be notified via e-mail. So always stay tuned!

Manner, Organization, and Requirements

All skill levels are welcome!  No age, ethnicity, or gender restriction.  Everybody, who is friendly and has a good attitude, is welcome to come out and play.  All you need to do is show up and play in good manner.  However, we are not liable for any injury or harm that may occur.

We usually do "Color Shirts v. White Shirts," so bringing both will be great. Please, NO gray shirt unless you want to be a ref or cheerleader. It defeats the purpose of distribution by color.

Very important: We want to keep it safe for everyone, so rough plays and/or sliding tackles are NOT allowed. Legitimate shoulder-to-shoulder contact is okay.

See you all on the pitch!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
