Instructor: Colin Pistell, Owner and Head Coach of Fifth Ape, LLC
Learn how to move through any environment with grace, power, and skill. We will learn and develop natural movement capabilities that will allow us to move in the forest with ease. We will not only improve our strength, speed, agility, and coordination but also connect deeply with the environments we are traversing. This is an ongoing series that integrates principles from Parkour, martial arts, and other movement traditions from around the world. It is designed for people who want to develop agility and body awareness inspired by nature. It is named after the wild wolverine who navigates the twists and turns of the woods with speed and dexterity. This course meets every other week and is open to new people at any time. Bring water, a sense of play, and get ready to be challenged and to have fun!
2-hour classes are $15 for non-members. These classes are designed to share new experiences and explore new skills.
