Re: [Pigs-Peace-Sanctuary-Volunteer-Days] Hey - I'm happy that you're health has improved, but I am not a follower of diets or diet products. I am a vegan because of animal rights first and one of the side benefits is my overall health benefiting from a plant based diet.
