This class is for anyone interested in learning Pilates from beginners level up. Pilates is a low impact exercise method ideal for strengthening the core and improving endurance, flexibility and mobility of the joints and re-aligning the skeleton to give us better posture. Classes are on each Tuesday so come along and give it a go!
