Meet other local skiers and snowboarders to socialize and participate in Midwest & Western Ski Trips.

Pine Point Ski Club is an athletic, recreational and social club of about 200 members. We schedule three Western ski trips annually as well as a number of local Midwest ski trips.  Most of our members are between the ages of 25 and 55, are single, and live throughout the Chicago area. We also have a number of married couples, some having first met at the club! Although skiing is our main interest, we offer a year-round schedule of activities. Annual favorites include a camping/biking trip, concerts, dancing, and music in the park picnics. We often have dinner nights at various Chicago restaurants. The annual Season Kick-off Party is the ideal time to sign up for trips taking place in August.  The End of Season Dinner Party is also a great opportunity to relish in the season's "powder stories."

We have skiers and snowboarders at all levels: racers, mogul monsters, cruisers, terrain park masters, and raw beginners. We offer racing through Chicago Metropolitan Ski Council (CMSC).  It's a great way to improve upon your skiing/snowboarding and a lot of fun.

The club has been in existence for over 40 years and we have great networking with other ski clubs as well as ski shops in Chicago and ski resorts all over the western U.S. We are a very friendly group and we are always looking for new members throughout Chicago. Membership for the 2011-12 ski season is $30. A 2012 Summer Only Memberships is available for $5. Download a Midwest or Western Trip application and a Membership application from the Pine Point Meetup site>>More>>Files>>select the specific application.  Applications can also be downloaded from the club's website above. Please write separate checks for membership and each trip.  Clearly indicate the payment category in the memo field of the check, for instance, "2012-13 Membership" or "Feb. 2014 Vail Trip".

If you're looking for an active and friendly group, stop by any meeting and check us out. Prospective members are always welcome. Our regular meetings and special events are listed on Meetup.  Membership is a requirement to attend any event or trip other than the monthly meeting.
