"Pinoy" is slang for Filipino and since our group is a casual, social gathering of Filipinos and Filipino friendly folk, the name seemed appropriate. Our objective is to share the culture, the language (Tagalog) and the FOOD of the Philippines. We meet every month for dinner at SunBurst Grill in Aurora and everyone pays for their own food. We also do other fun stuff. Come check us out. Mabuhay!

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
