Pioneer Toastmasters Club Meeting Monthly Meetup

This is our regular meeting! Our meetings are open to all. Guests don't pay any fee.

During Toastmasters journey we improve Communications and Leadership skills, at our own pace, by learning from each other and growing together.

What happens on this day?

We are going to have Table Topics Session (Impromptu speech), Prepared speeches followed by Individual evaluations.

7-8pm will be in English, 8-9pm will be in Japanese.

Guest are given a change to answer impromptu questions but if they are not comfortable, they can pass it.

Feel free to contact us if you have questions.

As Toastmasters, our experience is that attending three meetings is enough to decide whether to join Toastmasters Journey. We hope guests will respect.

Cherry blossoms are full in bloom now in Japan. Do you enjoy Cherry blossom viewing?

So in this meeting, the word of evening was also 'blossom' and our meeting blossomed very much by many humorous and funny speech. In addition, we Pioneer Toastmaster club will host division contest on April06 and our 2 members will compete in this division contest in both English and Japanese contest. So we strongly hope that these 2 members can 'blossom' their skills and abilities and win the tickets to next step, District contest. Good luck and see you next meeting.

In this meeting, there are a lot of "First".
A new member from England gave his first speech, just after finish his induction ceremony last meeting. Great Ice breaker sheech!
A senior member finally achieved 40th speech which is the final one of Toastmasters' education program. Amazingly it was the first big achievement in the Pioneer!
A active member facilitated the Japanese session as the Toastmaster of the Evening(TMOE). Even she is a non native Japanese speaker but did a great job!
Other new members also did their first role in the meeting perfectly!
Thank you for your great job and having a wonderful time together:)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
