There isn't an NDA. My general feeling is that in most cases you can present without having to reveal you secret source. I'm also of the belief that in the end it's more about the execution then the idea. I'd be happy to talk with you more about this if you would like, just send me an email.

This format is a great idea. I hope to eventually connect with pitch at one of these.

This was my first meeting and I enjoyed the event.
It was really kind of awkward. I understand people are having to stand in front of a crowd and present, but it seems like they could use more practice. We should provide a guide to presenters on talking points as a lot of them seemed to be trying to sell us the product, not a job.
I have a question. I've never attended an event like this before and I was wondering, how are ideas or IP protected? Is some sort of NDA signed? What guarantee do I have someone won't unethically 'borrow' my idea?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
