I am an internet software developer with 15 years of experience on both Microsoft and open source platforms. I have been freelancing for the last four years and would like to find an opportunity to serve as a technical co-founder for a startup.
Most definitely.
Most recently, during my freelancing years, I've been developing open source solutions using PHP, Java and MySQL. I'm in the process of learning Scala. I am an engineer, not a designer. I can most assuredly implement and extend a UI, however you don't want me designing it. It will look like an engineer designed it. I am comfortable working at any layer of the application stack -- database, middle tier / biz logic, front-end.
I am most interested in anything having to do with finance and/or trading platforms, or applications/services which streamline market inefficiency. But I'll listen to a pitch on pretty much anything.
Not so much.
Not so much.

Trevor,
Good to meet you yesterday!! Can't wait to hang out soon!
Hi Trevor,
This may interest you, or maybe you know someone who would find this valuable and you'd be willing to pass this along to them:
I own an office building with space available for worthy startups in Boulder, and I'm open to creative arrangements to support new companies such as: rent in return for equity, rent as a percentage of revenue, or deferred payment plans. Location: 6680 Gunpark Drive in Boulder. Up to 5,000 sf.
Thanks!
Hal Segal
