I have a PaaS with an already established undeserved market. I've done feasibility and analysis portions of dev cycle and have customers just waiting for a working prototype and investor interest. I'm an old-school geek (Java, C++, C and COBOL) learning new languages and willing to code in the trenches. I'm just looking for some folks who can go with me on what is going to be a profitable, disruptive, fun-but-challenging journey.

Hi Lucretia,
This may interest you, or maybe you know someone who would find this valuable and you'd be willing to pass this along to them:
I own an office building with space available for worthy startups in Boulder, and I'm open to creative arrangements to support new companies such as: rent in return for equity, rent as a percentage of revenue, or deferred payment plans. Location: 6680 Gunpark Drive in Boulder. Up to 5,000 sf.
Thanks!
Hal Segal
