Hi all,

My name is Danny Tran, Co-President of Computer Science Undergraduate Advisory Committee (CSUAC). We have an awesome events coming up that you may be interested.

Wednesday, Jan 30th at 4:00pm at CU Boulder Engineering Center Computer Science Lab: "A Conversation with Tech Gurus" panel
+ What: We have six senior-level engineers from great Boulder/Denver companies like Rally Software, FullContact, PivotalLabs, Gnip, and AppliedTrust coming and talk to you about big data scaling issues, best engineering practices, network security, and why one should choose technology over another given a business setting.
+ Why should you attend?
- Technology Enthusiasts: Simply just show up and learn from the best. The panel might cover questions that aren't normally addressed in the class settings. It's chill and casual with raffle prizes and cool swags.
- Entrepreneur: If you are starting an internet business, the chance of having problems with technology (back end or front end) is high. The panel members are experts in their fields (big data, software engineering, Agile methodology, network security) who can offer great advices and "things to watch out" ... for free.
