hi laurie , the sound your hearing may be from lugging the motor in too high of a gear or detonation . detonation is caused by using too low octane of fuel. does the bike call for 89 or 93 octane maybe ? does it do it mostly going up steeper grades ? a shudder or lugging is from using a higher gear at a lower speed. let me know , just trying to help.gary

Hi Laurie. Sorry it took so long to answer back. The address is 266 Pleasant Hill Rd. Hookstown, Pa. 15050. This is my familys farm. It has a beautiful lake and yes it is stocked. We will be having fresh fish for dinner.

Hi Laurie, My paternal grandfather was born in Foggia. He eventually was a tailor at Joseph Horne's(Pittsburgh). I went to school in Bologna, Italy in the 1960's and 70's. I'm retired now and have started going to The Sunday Expresso Meetups at 11AM. Also graduated from W&J in 1964. Come to a Pittsburgh meeting!
