Feeling anxious, irritable, or forgetful? Maybe it’s hard to keep warm. Having digestion issues? Maybe you just want to lay around and not move?
You’re not the only one! Fall, the season of Vata, can leave us feeling restless, fatigued, or simply dried up. In this Vata calming class we’ll be focusing on twists, forward bending poses, and longer holds in the poses. There will be a nice long savasana at the end of class to make sure you’re feeling relaxed and grounded.
