Have you ever made a New Year’s resolution that you don’t keep? Most of us set goals that are so high that they’re impossible to reach and we set ourselves up for failure. Instead of making a New Year’s Resolution, why not start incorporating healthier habits into life? If you would like to become more active, yoga is an excellent place to start. We will be focusing on strengthening the muscles and increasing flexibility through fluid movement and finding strength and ease in each pose. This way of exercising tones the body while reducing stress and lifting your mood. Class is twice a week for four weeks.
