This group is for people who deal with shyness, social anxiety and general anxiety in all kinds of situations. This is not a therapy group, rather just a casual place where people dealing with the same issues can get together and talk without fear of being embarrassed or judged. Some of our meetings we sit and have good conversation about anything and everything. Other meetings we go out and do something fun together.

Depression is also a large part of society these days, for a variety of reasons. Sometimes just getting out and being around other people can help relieve those feelings. We welcome anyone dealing with depression to join us at all of our meetups.

I have dealt with shyness and general anxiety for as long as I can remember. It is extremely difficult for those of us with those feelings and fears to get out and meet new people. The goal of this group is to provide anyone who is interested with that opportunity.
