    That was a great meeting.

I wrote this on the whiteboard last night, but I'll repeat here an endorsement for a pertinent book:

Scaling Lean & Agile Development: Thinking and Organizational Tools for Large-Scale Scrum
by Craig Larman and Bas Vodde

The first half is an amazing pitch that will both convince the reader and help him convince others to take a chance on this approach. Unfortunately, the second half of the book leaves several important questions unanswered, but I still recommend reading it anyway.

That's my favorite Agile book. It offers much more than just "Scaling Agile" as the title implies. I recommend it during almost every one of my presentations :)

Great content, great presentation, great discussion. Where I really got the value was in sharing my experience and hearing others'. My only request is to follow up with a dedicated session about TDD :-)
