Join us for a Pittsburgh Pierogi Marathon. All skill levels welcome, novice to 3rd degree black belt. Bring your favorite Polish dumpling tip/trick to share or come to learn through practice.
This session will be informal and informative as we collaboratively produce batches of indulgent pierogi's just like in the olden days.
We will focus on one or two simple flavors (ie. potato, potato/cheese) with provided ingredients. If you have a craving for another combination, bring your materials along and we'll take a crack at it. Or bring more of the basics for a bigger batch.
The host space has an array of tools, but more (rollers, cutters, bowls, etc) are welcome.
