Pittsburgh Ladies: A 20s & 30s Social Group Pages


1. Membership Fees Policy

You must pay $5.00 membership dues annually. We reserve the right to change this policy depending on Meetup's required website dues. Meetup will remove any unpaid members at the end of a 30-day trial period; so you have 30 days to decide if you want to join at no cost!

2. Real Person Policy
All profiles must be of an actual person. No profile may represent a business or organization. We reserve the right to remove any such profiles at any time.

3. Inappropriate Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to remove any comments and/or member at any time for inappropriate postings, actions, or direct remarks made towards or about other members. Additionally, the Organizer may ban any member without warning if said member makes other members feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

4. RSVP Policy
You MUST update your RSVP. Make sure you change your RSVP as early as possible to "no" if you can't attend. If you do not show up to an event and your RSVP was not changed to no, I will mark you as a no show. Additionally, if you change your RSVP within 2 hours of the event, you will be marked as a no show.
For events that require a reservation, such as many events at restaurants, marking someone as a no-show will be at the host’s discretion. The RSVP policy will be clearly written in the event description. For example, for a dinner or brunch that requires making a reservation, the host may say “You may not change your RSVP to no within 24 hours of the event start or you will be marked as a no-show.”
You are allowed TWO no shows. Once you hit #3, you will be removed from the group and will be unable to re-join. Additionally, you may not show up to an event without an RSVP. You will be removed from the group if your RSVP is not accounted for.

5. Inactivity Policy
In order to maintain a very active group, if you are inactive (attending no events) for 3 months, you will be removed from the group.

6. Ladies-Only Policy
This is a ladies-only group; therefore, you may not bring a male friend unless the event is specifically marked as a coed event.

7. Guest Policy
If you wish to bring a friend, you must ask the event host to approve. This includes a significant other!

8. Marketing, Business, & Networking Policy
Promotion for any business or products will be immediately deleted. If you have a legitimate product you feel fits within the scope of our members and/or offer a related service, message the Organizer, Kim, to ask permission prior to posting. Additionally, if you email members advertising your business, you will be removed from the group. Those who receive spam through the site, please notify me immediately.

9. Facebook Page + Photos Policies
Click here for our Facebook page. The purpose of this page is simply to add pictures of the group. Any photos you take and upload to the Meetup event page will be added to the Facebook page. If you wish to not have your photo posted, please contact the Organizer. Additionally, you may refrain from participating in any photo.
