Open your heart, set your intention, and join us. SupYoga is a natural extension of the timeless practice of yoga, blending with the exhilarating feeling of Stand Up Paddleboarding (or SUP). Offering SupYoga since 2012, we are humbled and honored by the way the Pittsburgh yoga community has embraced our program. Whether outdoors in Mother Nature's home, or indoors in a heated pool, we strive to offer our students a new way to connect with their own practice, and each other. Taking your traditional yoga practice from your mat to our floating studio, the unique experience of SupYoga will provide not only the benefits of a challenging class, but will improve your in-studio practice as well.
Each class is taught by one of our lovely SupYoga instructors, who have earned (at a minimum), their 200 hour yoga teaching training + possess years of knowledge and experience on the water. Each are mermaids at heart, and stand up paddlers in their spare time. The safety and comfort of our students is always our focus. We want your focus to be on yourself - as you allow the fluid movements of your experience to inspire, delight, and captivate your senses.
