Well, I wasn't the organizer so I can't speak to the schedule, drop-in, communication or anything else, but after we finished our pizza at We the Pizza, it was 6:45 and Wayne, Todd and I were the only folks there from our group. We concluded it was just us three, so Wayne suggested we move on to Wyse Guys, which we did. After the walk, finishing our pizza there and chatting for a bit, we all were quite full, Todd & I decided to leave and Wayne followed. It was 8 pm. Maybe if more of the group had shown up, there would have been someone at Wyse Guys at 9 pm: We assumed anyone who showed up at 9 pm would find each other.

Hi Bobbi, we missed you Monday night at DaMarco's!

I posted twice today that I was running late. Arrived at Union Station at 8.40pm for the 9pm Wyse Guy slice, but it took another :30 to find the place, so I guess you had already come and gone much earlier. Did you guys ditch 7th Hill Pizza? I wonder if anyone tried to meet up with the group there. Would've been good to update the itinerary since this was a drop-in kid of event.

I enjoyed the margherita and sitting outside at Wyse Guys.

Hey -- where did everyone go??? Wayne, Todd and I had a great time at We the Pizza and Wyse Guys and the hike in between. We gave up on the rest of you at 8 pm and parted ways at Wyse Guys. It's not nice to not show up without changing your RSVP/letting the event organizer know.

I'm really sorry, Bobbie. My wallet got stolen on Monday past, and my very exotic cat got sick to her stomach 3x today. Do I get forgiven?

I'm really sorry I couldn't join you. My seeing eye cat interfered.

THIS JUST IN: new restaurant, Ghibellina, on 14th, claims to serve authentic Napoletana, uncut pizzas, as served in Italy. I think we need to test them soon.

I agree, Jeff. Very nice food photography on their site. Let's taste it and see. The proof is in the pizza.

Hi, It is only about a 10 min walk to 7th hill and another 20 mins to final stop. All pizzas are near metro stops if you want to bail at some point.

Recognition is a great idea! A pin, a frequent-pizza-eater commendation, a sprinkling of parmesan on the heads of the stalwart eaters, a garland of basil....

    Good idea, Dianne!

do you have an idea as to how long of a hike this will be?

    June 12, 2013

Alistaire, maybe you could meet us somewhere and take public transport or cab to the next location?

I often have a little trouble walking. Because of my TBI, walking can be painful.

    Sounds good to me.

Gee Whiz! A "pizza route"--I don't know -- but if we're going to eat pizza at each of these 3 stops, we'd better have walking time in between. Never heard of Wiseguy or Fuel. Matchbox gets good reviews...???? See you all wherever we end up!

Apologies but I double booked for Sat...we'll be on a DC cruise at 6p...catch up with you all next time.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
