Looking for like minded individuals to come together for hikes and other outdoor activities to promote fitness and well-being. We walk at a very brisk pace. If that is not your current pace, feel free to come out, but please realize that people will probably walk faster than you at the beginning and you can eventually adapt to meet the pace of the group. We believe in encouraging others to reach new potential and health benefits. While I would like to hike locally, often, I am hoping to keep it interesting and to add other locations...like Starved Rock, Matthiessen State Park, etc.
