This group will focus on Children's & Adult's Chronic Diseases. We will meet, share information and seek to solve problems as a group. Adults with these conditions or caretakers of the adult are also encouraged to join. Members and Attendees will benefit by obtaining a wealth of information and hope for resolution. This is an amazing educational opportunity.
Our meetings will be fun, informal and very enlightening. Everyone is welcome and we appreciate your participation. Q&A will be open after each lecture. Feel free to bring a note pad.
