What's for Breakfast?

A series of food prep classes are being scheduled to learn various aspects of a healthy vegan plant-based diet.

Want to be vegan but can't give up the eggs? This class will give you plant-based breakfast ideas. The breakfast ideas will be fairly quick, easy, and definitely nutritious! We will have hands-on instruction, sample all the food and have a lot of fun.

Fermentation & Nut Milks ("cheese", yogurt, nut milks)
Making Sauerkraut
Pates and Dips
Dehydrating (kale chips, crackers, desserts)
Salads and simple dressings
Soups (raw and cooked)
Sprouting & Wraps (rice paper, nori wraps, collards)
Burgers and Fries
Vegan Breakfasts (quick and nutritious)
Juicing and Smoothies
Healthy Satisfying Desserts
Herbal Preparations

    A plethora of information. Took many notes. Really appreciated Linda's easy and comfortable manner of teaching and absolutely loved all of the women I met and hearing their stories of being vegan or not... but all being on the same road of healthier eating.
