A series of food prep classes are being scheduled to learn various aspects of a healthy vegan plant-based diet.
Want to be vegan but can't give up the eggs? This class will give you plant-based breakfast ideas. The breakfast ideas will be fairly quick, easy, and definitely nutritious! We will have hands-on instruction, sample all the food and have a lot of fun.
