Join Chef Carla in the Kitchen for some great fun and learning some great new recipes with Vegan food.
This class was created for My special Friend Lucia and we invite you to join us.
This Class is all about Raw Fermented Foods and their health benefits
Our menu:
Raw Sauerkraut
Kimchi
Kombucha
Non Dairy Kefir
Raw Pickles
Raw Fermented Cheese


Class participation is encouraged, we will enjoy the food when we are done!!


We will have a limited number of Kombucha starter kits and Kefir starter kits for $10.00 extra.
