Join us each Friday morning for a Kundalini yoga practice based on the alignment of the stars and planets. Rhythmic movements, powerful breath patterns, and experience of the energetic body are the distinguishing features of the Kundalini yoga practice. Through carefully designed sets, or kriyas, the nervous system is activated to allow the flow of prana/life-force through various channels of the body. Classes include movement, mantra, chanting, and meditation. Suitable for all levels.
